Attilio offered excellent service. The location allowed easy walks to many attractions. I appreciated leaving luggage at the hotel after checking out.
The elevator was small. It was difficult to fit luggage inside it.

The cleanliness in the bedrooms disappointed me. the stairs also needed better cleaning. room service availability did not match the advertised 24/7. It stopped after midnight.

the breakfast featured smoked salmon eggs cheeses and deli meats. there was also a wide variety of pastries focaccia and breads available. i noticed yogurt fruit cookies and even tiramisu. the staff was warm and cute i appreciated that.
i found the lack of complementary water in the room unprofessional. the hotel is difficult to reach by car. i had to carry my heavy bags. the elevator is tiny.
